A new conspiracy theory

There’s a new ? conspiracy theory out that the Republican Party nominated McCain and Palin to get O’Obama elected and ensure that Palin would lose any political capital that she had. It’s true that those in the patriot movement would have voted for Hillary over McCain. How did he get nominated? Why are all the supposed conservatives against Palin? Is it because she nearly brought McCain back from the brink of death? Some don’t like her because she was loyal to him in ’10.

In any event, if she had run with a winner, it’s a good bet she would have been in a position to get elected in ’16. I know, it sounds far fetched, but I’ve had all the coincidences I can swallow. It does go to show what could’ve, would’ve, should’ve. I’m not saying it’s true, but I’m not calling anyone a nutcase either. When I was young, I heard the most outrageous stories about my neighbors (not from my own family either). I scoffed. I learned the truth. Now I always say, “Strange is truer than fiction”.

Why I bothered to bring this strange account up is, “Why are so many people who should be supporting her so viciously attacking her?” Palin, I mean. Why aren’t the Republicans producing facts in rebuttal to the Democrats lies? Both parties are taking us down the same garden path to ruin. We don’t accept funding or have paid staff here, so we can’t dig up all the facts. We try to put you on to the best columns, but even the best have weird biases. The truth is that we can afford what we need and what we’ve paid for if we cut out what we don’t need. Cut out all subsidies and other unconstitutional expenditures and we can repay Social Security and the Chinese. Even the hard core neocon economists are coming around to that.

As I’ve said before, there is no right wing conservative. There’s left, right, and conservative. It’s the definition of conservative, stupid.

Palin si, McCain no.

Sometimes one has to listen to what is not being said also. The Republicans never pushed the issues that should have been pushed and never defended Sarah Palin in any way shape or form. My question is why not?
